HEPAVET Injection 50ml

Atrofar Injectable Solution is used as an antispasmodic in treating diarrhea and colic and as an antidote in toxicities of insecticides with organic phosphor or in the carbamate group poisoning cases. It is also used as a pre-anesthetic in cats, dogs and pigs to decrease salivation and bronchial secretion. Additionally, it is used in sinus bradycardia and sick sinus syndrome.

HEPAVET Injection 50ml

Therapeutic Class: Liver Tonic

Composition: Each ml contains Phenoxy-2-Methyl-2-Pronionic Acid 100mg

Indications: Hepavet injection is a choleretic agent, devoid of toxicity. It is injectable for intramuscular, intraperitoneal and intravenous route. Hepavet injection is therefore indicated in the treatment of all conditions associated with hepatic failure, Alimentary toxicosis, Rumen impaction, Dyspepsia with Meteorism, Ketosis as an adjuvant therapy during treatment of Liver flukes’ diseases.

Dosage & Administration:
I.M, I.P or I.V Injection
Cattle & Horses: 10ml per 100kg body weight
Sheep & Goat: 1ml per 10kg body weight
Further dose can be repeated after every 24 hours by the veterinarian’s advice

Presentation: 50ml vials

Precautions: No secondary effects are known at the prescribed doses, nor have they been reported following administration of higher doses.
